Manufacturer warranties commonly require correct installation and adequate attic ventilation, and may be void where these are not met. We will tell you what warranty applies to your specific installation in writing before work begins.

5. Insurance Claims

We document roof damage, provide photographic evidence and measurements, and meet with your insurance adjuster to advocate for an accurate scope of loss. We are not public insurance adjusters. Public adjusting is a separately licensed activity in Texas and we do not file, negotiate, adjust or settle claims on your behalf. Decisions about your claim rest with you and your insurance carrier. We make no representation or guarantee about whether a claim will be approved, or about the amount any carrier will pay.

We do not waive, absorb, rebate or otherwise pay any part of your insurance deductible. Under Texas law it is an offense for a contractor to do so, and any contractor offering it is asking you to participate in insurance fraud.

6. Scheduling, Weather and Access

Roofing work is weather dependent. We will not tear off a roof into an incoming storm, and scheduled dates may move for safety reasons. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, for moving vehicles out of the work area, and for securing or removing fragile items in the attic and on walls that may be affected by vibration during a tear-off.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Roofing Lewisville TX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from information published on it. Our liability in connection with work performed is governed by your written contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
